27. Fools fooling and self deceit

It is now more than three weeks and confirmed the BIGGEST criminal musa aman now with the statement at RCI by Hassnar Ibrahim a few days ago.  Joshua

Sabah CM denies claims linking him to Task Force Project IC via proxy

by Murib Morpi. Posted on July 24, 2013, Wednesday

KOTA KINABALU: The Royal Commission of Inquiry on illegal immigrants in Sabah yesterday heard a deposition that Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman has denied all allegations linking him to Project IC made by a witness in its proceeding last week.
Former State Attorney General, Datuk Anthony Roderick Fernandez, appeared before the commission and informed the five-men panel that he was representing Musa to file an application for notes of proceeding pertaining to the allegation.
“A witness, Dr Chong Eng Leong, has made some serious allegations against the Chief Minister. I would like for it to be noted that my client denies every allegation on his involvement in Project IC,” he said.
Fernandez also told the Commission that Musa will decide on his next course of action after reading the extract and may elect to appear before the panel to give his own testimony.
Dr Chong, a former senator and state assemblyman, testified last week that Musa had led a Sabah Umno task force to find foreigners to be registered as party members to vote for Barisan Nasional. He claimed to have received this information from one Jabar Khan, who was the secretary of the said task force formed in 1991.
Commission chairman Tan Sri Steve Shim, granted Fernandez’s application, saying the extract on the notes of proceeding will be given to be examined by the Chief Minister.

26. MUSA is supported by Project IC voters

The CRIMINAL CM Musa Aman should be remove for Project IC holders who were registered as his voters.  Musa claims he is born in Sabah and yet he dare not stand in his hometown and choose to stand in Sungai Sibuga loaded with illegal voters...you must all remove him and send him off to HELL, Joshua

http://www.theborneopost.com/2013/08/17/pbs-govt-sidelined-muslim-natives-claims-hassnar/

He added that just in the Libaran parliamentary constituency alone, where the Sungai Sibuga state seat held by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman is located, there were more than 10,000 ‘illegal voters’ or non-Malaysian who were given ICs to make them eligible to vote.
The Commission was also informed that reports on the matter has been lodged with the police, Immigration Department as well as the NRD but thus far no action has been taken.

KOTA KINABALU: Former Internal Security Act (ISA) detainee Hassnar Ebrahim told the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) on illegal immigrants that the issuance of identity cards to immigrants in Sabah was needed to help increase the political power of the Muslim Bumiputeras to put a stop to the discrimination against them by Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS).
Hassnar said he willingly took part in the exercise, knowing fully well it was against the law, not for his own personal interest but with the intention of returning the political status quo and stability to all Sabahans.
“By status quo, I mean the pre-PBS era.. The intention was to make sure that we can all live in harmony again and not having to fight each other. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mean that I didn’t want the KDM to have political power.
“I’m talking about the discrimination practised by the PBS government. We never use to have any issue of power sharing, distribution of wealth as everyone can sit together as family. But when PBS came to power all that changed,” he said when testifying before the RCI yesterday.
Hassnar said the party, among others, marginalized the Muslim Bumiputeras in the distribution of native lands. He claimed lands were only given to KDMs and even to non-natives to buy their political loyalty, while the Muslim natives were being sidelined. He said the PBS action has caused racial polarization that remains until today.
“My mother is a Dusun but she would not support me because the way she thinks is that Dusun is for Dusun. Such was the way of thinking that the Dusuns were with the Dusuns, the Kadazans with the Kadazans, the Bajaus with the Bajaus and so on.
“I believed it was for something noble, for my religion, my people and for Sabah. In such desperate situation, you would not pay as much attention to the law. It was something that needed to be done, I was thinking that even if I go to jail because of it, so be it,” he said.
Hassnar said the effect of the discriminatory practices could still be felt today, including in the issuance of Native Certificates (NC) where non-native individuals continue to use the document to rob the locals of their rights.
Commissioner Herman Luping, who is a former PBS leader, interjected that it was never the intention of the PBS state government to issue NC to non-natives and allow them to own native land.
He clarified that it was the result of corruption among the Native Court officers when issuing the document.
Asked what caused him to expose the exercise in the end, Hassnar said, he came to a realization that the whole thing was being abused by certain quarters to promote their own agendas instead of ensuring equal rights for the people.
He said, it was after he was arrested that it became obvious to him that the whole project no longer had the same objective as it was in the beginning, but has now become a tool for certain quarters in Kuala Lumpur bent on dominating Sabah.
“The situation is now different, ensuring political power for the Muslim Bumiputeras has become a second thing. Now it is only about certain parties wanting to maintain power at all costs.
“As a result, Malaysianized immigrants have overrun the native communities. They dominate the hospitals, education. They also diminished the rights of the Bumiputera in economy as well as over their lands,” he said.
Hassnar reinforced his claim that the issuance of ICs to immigrants is still ongoing until today, citing an Indonesian being given a MyKad in 2008 using a genuine birth certificate belonging to a local, who have died and whose death was not reported to the National Registration Department. Documents supporting his claim, including photocopies of the IC of the said Indonesian and the birth certificates of his five children were submitted to the Commission as evidence.
He also claimed that phantom voters or individuals who are not the actual persons that should be voting, can be found in every elections held in Sabah.

Hassnar, who admitted to have been involved in the exercise, better known as ‘Project IC’, when he was the Sandakan district officer in 1981, has suggested that the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Agency (MACC) is further strengthened and empowered to curb Project IC. He said the agency should, for a start, be given more manpower so that it could investigate the continuous unlawful issuance of IC.
He also expressed his support for the recommendation to have every IC application reviewed by a State panel before it can be approved by the NRD, and to get the court to stop issuing verification for late birth certificates and statutory declarations.
On the proposal to recall back all ICs issued in Sabah, he said, it was a good suggestion but could have major social and economical implications on the State.

25. BN should know who are the CRIMINALS within..

Zahid can be right as he should how many there are CRIMINALS within the UMNO/BN State and Federal Government.  So what he is trying to do is to create more jobs for the Police and army to bankrupt the nation earlier when  they are really foxes 'guarding' the chicken.  Joshua
http://sg.news.yahoo.com/guan-eng-zahid-dont-criminal-numbers-041343064.html

Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi must stop making up criminal numbers or seriously beef up the police if it's true that 260,000 criminals are freely roaming the streets of Malaysia, said DAP's Lim Guan Eng.
Party secretary-general Lim ( left ) has called remarks made by Ahmad Zahid to Utusan Malaysia over the weekend 'shocking' and 'outrageously exaggerated.'
"This shocking 260,000 army of criminals is more than the combined numbers of police personnel of 112,583 and the Malaysian armed forces of 124,000.
"For this reason, DAP calls for, not only for the Malaysian armed forces to help the police, but the United Nations Peacekeeping Force should be requested to help the Malaysian police from being outnumbered," Lim said in a statement.
Arguing for the return of the Emergency Ordinance (EO), which allowed police detention without trial, Zahid had reportedly said that 2,600 former detainees now have at least 10 lieutenants under them, who in turn each have at least 10 followers.
"This number is shocking coming from a Home Minister and his maths in counting the number of criminals is not only suspect but considered outrageously exaggerated," Lim said in the statement.
Lim reiterated a past DAP stand that serious crime can only be curbed if the police force was beefed up.
Crunching the numbers, Lim noted that a mere nine percent of the police force of 112,583 or only 10,150 were now engaged in fighting crime.
Lim said that this should be increased to at least 50 percent of the police force, or 56,000 personnel focused on fighting street crime, in order for them to do an adequate job.
"The question is whether Ahmad is fair to the police by diverting their strength from their core duties of fighting crime by requiring them to perform other duties, including monitoring and dealing with political opponents of BN."
Lim also repeated his question as to how criminals in Malaysia had obtained guns that led to a recent spike in violent crimes

24. just an item to deal with CRIMINALS in Government

How are we to deal with CRIMINALS and others in the same gang in State and Federal governments?  This item is re-posted here to show the true colours..of CRIMINALS,  Joshua

Gov't no 'zero tolerance' for Perkasa's bigotry?
8:46AM Aug 12, 2013
YOURSAY ‘Joseph Kurup speaks with a forked tongue. Zero tolerance for the religious bigotry of others but for BN they can do no wrong.'

Minister: Zero tolerance on religious bigotry

your sayGeronimo: Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Joseph Kurup said the government has taken a zero tolerance stance against religious bigotry. Kurup, don't you think you should be addressing this matter in front of Malay right wing groups Perkasa, Jati or Pekida's members during their AGMs?

Quite frankly it sounds so hollow coming from you. When Perkasa called for the Malay Bibles to be burned, where were you? When Umno Baru banned the use of the word ‘Allah', where were you?

When two Malay reporters conducted a covert operation at a church and then participated in the holy communion, where were you? When the bibles were confiscated and then serial numbered, where were you?

When churches were torched where were you? You talk a lot, but when it comes to action, zero

Senior: To date the religious bigotry seems to come from one particular group, so minister, can you speak to them too?

Ksn: Kurup, why was no action against Perkasa leaders Zulkifli Noordin, Ibrahim Ali, the academic Ridhuan Tee, former Selangor exco Hassan Ali, the mufti of Perak and such fanatics when they insulted non-Muslim religions, races?

You answer that honestly then you will know about the reflection you talked about. On top of that, two of the fanatics mentioned were nominated by Umno Baru, to add insult to injury, as their candidates in the last GE, one directly and the other indirectly, both beaten to the shame of those who had proposed, nominated them.

That result shows our people of all faiths have generally matured but our government, Umno to be specific, condones such fanaticism.

Now that you are the minister for religious matters, why not make examples of them so that other fanatics and potential new ones would not wag their tails insulting non-Muslim religions?

Imagine the boot on the other foot, that is, what would happen should any non-Muslim insult Islam.

Adam Adil: Joseph Kurup speaks with a forked tongue. Zero tolerance for others but for BN they can do no wrong. If Kurup can say action will be taken against DPM Muhyiddin Yassin, Ibrahim Ali, Zul Noordin, former minister Noh Omar, Ridhuan Tee, Mazlan Ismail, etc then there is some credibility to his statement. Otherwise it's just lies, lies, lies and more lies from BN.

Jesse: This is just another case of empty talk coming from a toothless minister. Looking at the avalanche of race and religion related attacks coming from the mainstream media would give the opposite impression.

He must be living in another world and out of touch with current events, just like the PM.

MatrixLyn: I have zero tolerance for Perkasa and all their goons. How come they are still walking free? Kurup talks rubbish.

Dood: The minister's zero tolerance on religious bigotry only applies to non‑Umno/BN members and their affiliates.

Continue‑The‑March: When it comes to the sex bloggers Alvivi the baying for their blood was swift and ruthless, however when dealing with the Perkasa duo they are okay.
Kurup is another useless Umno Baru apologist minister meant for window dressing and calling himself a god-fearing Christian.

VP Biden: We have zero tolerance for BN and its bigotry, racist manoeuvring, forked tongue statements and disrespect for Malaysian unity. You and your ilk in BN are incapable of practising what you preach.

Swipenter: Stop preaching "zero tolerance for religious bigotry" and take meaningful action against "the acts of extremism by a tiny minority of Malaysians."
Sometimes a seemingly difficult and a potentially explosive problem can be solved by just taking the appropriate actions against those involved in "acts of extremism".

No double standards, no beating of empty drums and no turning a blind eye to those involved in acts of extremism.

Joe Lee: Kurup is trying too hard to be a comedian. Where was this joker during the elections? Was he in Mars? Didn't his boss Prime Minister Najib Razak personally endorse Perkasa arch‑racist Zulkifli Noordin as BN's candidate?

Kurup's pea‑sized brain is symptomatic of this stupid government. We have stupidity in excess.

Dalvik: Kurup, following what you say, I expect you to be the first to comment on the next "religious bigotry" statement from Perkasa or Jati. Otherwise, retract your zero‑sum comment.

Keturunan Malaysia: Joseph Kurup, if you choose not to think each time before you speak, you would end up equally as surprised as we all are of how stupid you sound.

OMG: The fact remains that many perpetrators of religious bigotry are still roaming freely. And that this Zulkifli Noordin fellow is not only immune from the force of the law, but was made a BN candidate in GE13 goes to show this minister ‘syok sendiri' only.

If he has the honour, he would resign and stop supporting the racist Umno.

Small Town Boy: Talk is cheap and meaningless. Prove it with action.

MyFoot: I wonder whether this guy Kurup knows what a hypocrite is? The Christians don't want trouble but also don't want to be sold out. Unfortunately today, less than 30 pieces of silver coins are enough to betray anyone.

Avatar_2397: The government "will" do what? What about doing it now, already? For example, you can drop the appeal against the court ruling that allows Christians to call God ‘Allah'. Banish Muhyiddin the Race Baiter from the cabinet.

Punish BN for trying to sneak through unconstitutional legislation that allows children to be converted with the consent of only one parent. Reprimand bigots who are victimising the dog trainer Chetz for bathing her dogs, in a video made three years ago.

Declare null and void the fatwas against Muslims practising yoga and participating in beauty contests.

How many instances of bigotry need to happen before the government "will" do something?

Cop jailed 7 years for withholding info on terrorism

KOTA KINABALU, Aug 6 (Bernama) -- The High Court here today sentenced Detective Corporal Hassan Ali Basari, 61, to seven years imprisonment, the maximum jail sentence under Section 130M of the Penal Code, for withholding information on terrorism activities in Sabah.
Justice P. Ravinthran ordered the sentence to run from the date of his arrest on March 2.
He also said that although Section 130M of the Penal Code also carries a fine upon conviction, a monetary sentence would not be imposed.
Hassan was found guilty of the offence which took place at the office of the Lahad Datu Special Branch chief between January and March 2 this year.
Ravinthran said he was satisfied with sentencing Hassan with the maximum jail term as the accused was not an ordinary member of the general public.
"You were a Special Branch officer in Lahad Datu and you received this information (on the intrusion in Kampung Tanduo). So you stand in a different category as you were legally bound to disclose such information.
"Therefore, little credit should be given to your long-time service (of 38 years) in the Royal Malaysia Police force," he said.
In his judgement, Ravinthran said the defence failed to raise reasonable doubts on three facts which transpired during the prosecution's four-day hearing from June 24.
He said the first protected witness gave vital information to Hassan in January on the so-called Royal Sulu Force's intention to enter Sabah, which Hassan failed to disclose to his superiors.
He also said three transcripts of intercepted telephone calls corroborated with Hassan's intention to omit information of the intrusion by the so-called army.
Although an intrusion had not taken place during the time Hassan was told of the impending intrusion by the protected witness, Ravinthran said the intrusion eventually happened and that security forces would have been ready to stop it from happening had Hassan informed the matter to his superiors sooner.
Earlier, in present for deterrent sentence Deputy Public Prosecutor Datuk Nordin Hassan told the court the intrusion at Kampung Tanduo in Lahad Datu left a black mark in Malaysia's history and the accused had contributed to this.
"The accused's intention not to inform his superiors resulted in some of our security forces injured and killed while gallantly protecting the country's sovereignty.
"Their families suffered the loss of their loved ones. The government spent lots of money to ensure the safety of the affected people. Not to mention destruction of many properties.
"This is an act of treason on the country because as a police personnel, he (Hassan) was bound to protect the people. Therefore, he is not loyal to the police force," said Nordin.
Counsel Ram Singh said the defence would appeal the High Court's judgement.
Hassan was calm during sentencing and shook hands and hugged his family, who were in tears, before being whisked away.

22. CRIMINALS at work, meaningless to save

http://cj.my/post/89077/mind-your-money-seminar-a-success-in-kk/

All the CRIMINALS in Governments - Federal & State had been stealing all public funds
even meant for pensions of the hard working people.  These criminals would grab anything in their paths...

The classic example the CRIMINALS in Government had been stealing Paul to pay John like the EPF once cash rich is now EMPTY POOR FUND after decades of massive cheating.  While EPF only got less than 5% in dividends for some years, other GLC funds were getting  much more in dividend hence divide and rule.

Even EPF at 8% for some years were not enough when the banks were paying more than that.

This is just one EPF robbed dry and there are many other robberies going on especially the day light robberies of Petronas in so many ways.

MASSIVE robberies by the Ali Baba and more than 40 thieves are still going on..towards bankruptcy in Malaysia.

Saving for the old age is meaningless when prices of basic items had risen to so much more and drinks in the coffee shops had increased by many folds...

Deliberate shortage of essential items has cause prices to rise and unmatched by any savings of the poor folks who live on for decades after retirement at 55, 58, 60 etc.
